Might have something to do with his shoulder injuries, pretty sure his quads have grown a few inches.

I hope so, but having rehabbed from 3 shoulder recos myself I know you can still do plenty if you’re motivated enough. Not the bulk up strength stuff of course but seated curls resting the elbow on your thigh and some tricep work without pushing dumbbells high above the shoulder. Such exercises certainly help definition return a tad while following the rehab exercises for the damaged shoulder. Annnnnyway, I hope he rehabs well and the strength building follows as he looks like Bergman did on debut ATM.
