This is the problem. He is not self aware at all. You saw how shocked he was last year when he was subbed off against Hawthorn after his horrific performance almost cost us that game. He is currently an anchor weighing down the team with his comical lack of pace. It feels like we are playing a player down with him limping around on the field. He must be Omitted from the squad. If he sooks it is what it is.
100% this - and I was also taught that self-awareness was the number one trait of successful leadership …. So we’re letting someone who’s totally un self-aware set the example of leadership at Essendon 🤔

Think that the fact that his output has reached the point where it really is far worse than what he can offer on the leadership front and he has been left out of the side would indicate that his race is run.

we lost to Adelaide without him....

You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want him in that backline-- you need him on that backline

We keep Sheedy on the board, why wouldn’t we keep Heppell on the field?

It’s simply extraordinary that they still cannot make hard decisions.

Opposite way, as an example, was Hawthorn with both Hodge and Mitchell.

Sheedy didn't vote for this. You keep that in mind when brad brings boomer harvey out of retirement.
