Carlisle isn't comfortable?

Might have something to do with the service he's getting.

Seriously lads Coleman wouldn't kick goals in our side at the moment.

It comes in rarely and when it does it's slowly and into a crowd of defenders.

All things considered he's not even playing that badly.

I maintain he can play as a forward. Better than Hurley.
It's always the midfield's fault. He's not working hard enough, none of the forward's are.

What I think eth-dog is trying to say, and I'm sure he'll correct me if I'm wrong, but he thinks that it's not good enough that Carlisle simply drops his head.

Instead, he should go back to his position and try to catch the next mark.
Have they confirmed whether or not the neck injury was actually caused from dropping his head?

I would love to see Roughy and Pav play just one game in our forward line to see what they do with the delivery our midfielders give.

Do they lead the same way, or do they have to adjust to suit the way the rest of our team play.

Not one reference to Carey's article?

In their bid to retain possession, they've begun chipping the ball around so much that they're no longer advancing forward. Instead, they're bizarrely going to options sideways and backwards and the player receiving the ball is often under as much pressure, if not more, than the player giving it.

Not only has it resulted in needless turnovers, but it's also giving their forwards little hope.

Don't worry about the critics who claim Carlisle is out of form and that Daniher is still too young and developing, no forward would stand a chance if they were at the mercy of the Bombers' current style of play. It's impossible to read.

I'd actually go so far as to say that it's the ugliest football in the game right now. Even Carlton, for all their struggles, produce a brand of football that's better to watch.

We need to give the midfielders a moving target as well, otherwise they'll have to stop, prop and just bomb it as per Carlisle's instructions.

Our tall forwards don't lead enough or to the right spots - And when our tall forwards JD/Carlilse/Ambrose have a one-on-one contest they have won 2 out of 35 contests - No point kicking one-on-one when they are so poor - these guys need to get on their bikes.
