Did anyone else hear Myers on SEN this morning? Geez he was hugely impressive, spoke like an absolute pro. No wonder he is being earmarked as a potential leader of the club.

How it was good for the team to have two wins a row. Talked about Reimers how he is a quiet natured person, with a heart of gold.

After listening to that interview, I'm certain that Myers will be the public face of the essendon football club for the next 15 years. Just such a composed and strong personality.
He spoke about a few things, one was living with Reimers and how he's an individual. Called him "the kid", which cracked up the SEN crew given Myers own age.

Injured during Freo match. Compound fracture of nose. Suspected stress fracture of foot. Could be out for rest of season.

The footy God's will turn guys, don't you worry, next year, the Essendon/Geelong grand final with Essendon a full list and Ablett and Bartel unfortunate 1 week suspensions. Was enjoying watching his progress though.

Whilst the foot injury is disappointing, it won't do him any harm for his body to have a few weeks rest.
Geelong have been fantastic in developing their list by resting and rotating young players.
Stress fractures are normally a sign of over-working, he should have been rested earlier.
Myers goes out, another kid gets a go and the development of our list keeps rolling on.
Whilst the foot injury is disappointing, it won't do him any harm for his body to have a few weeks rest.
