Interesting thing about full backs is thry tend to peak 'late' in their careers.
Steven May won his two AAs at 29 and 30
Brian Lake was 27 and 28, then Premiershis at 31, 32, 33
Matthew Scsrlett won AAs at 23 and 24, but his peak and his team's success came with subsequent AAs at 29, 30 and 33
Even our own SOS didn't solidify full back until.late in his career and won his AA slots at 27, 28, 29, 30 and 32.
Weitering is just 26 - chances are the best of his footy is going to come in this deal, which is exciting to think about

Weitering: Why I re-signed for the long term
Co-vice captain Jacob Weitering joined Carlton Media after penning a six-year contract extension to remain at IKON Park.
God I love this Lad. Blue Heart through & through. Hopefully he inspires other (TDK) to make long term commitments.
