Among Garner's portfolio of wild stats is the fact she kicked the 1st, 1000th and 2000th goal in AFLW history. Somebody will kick the 4000th in the next fortnight (but unless it's her, who cares, 5000th is more of a milestone anyway).

It should have one BigFooty Forum and it should feature threads and posts for any player irrespective of whether they play in the Men's team or the Women's team. These players are no different. They represent the mighty Royal Blue and White, and what a wonderful job the women are doing so far this year.

Anything else is discrimination in my opinion and surely those days are long gone. Go North

Out of curiosity did anyone get the club link on social media about which Shinboner shares your birthday (or something like that)?

I entered and went through all the prompts only to receive an email saying that my birthday fell on one of 19 days that were yet to have a Shinboner.

Which was strange as I know for a fact that I proudly share the date with the one and only J. Garner, and I couldn’t be happier with the Shinboner that I (should have) got.

I did email the club to make them aware that if they hadn’t already they could include the girls in this type of thing.

Had to check one club in alphabetical order to find this was not accurate, then checked the second for good measure and they also had AFLW in a sub forum (with their mens players).

p.s. not suggesting we do it, this claim just sounded like bs.
Personally I think having a "Current Players" subforum alongside the "Past Players" looks nice and tidy, but I love the chaos of our main board.

I'd rather the mods looped all out-of-season complaints about the running of the club into one sub-board so that we can focus on the W team, players, and games.

I reckon Ash might be the most consistently underrated player, since AFLW started.
