That's what I admire about Dusty....was at Richmond for the tough times, stayed on board at the Tigers, then when Richmond became good he was offered the kitchen sink by North Melbourne and Adelaide...both clubs offering more money too. He said No to both clubs.

by the 2015 prelim neale was a major addition.

the 2015 side could have had morabito and hill on the wings. with sandilands hitting down to mundy, fyfe and neale. it would have significantly balanced up a handball happy, stoppage midfield to a more direct to goal player.
