Whoops. Didn't change it from the template.Sorry to be nitpicky VelvetSledge but Gippy Power is in the NAB League not SANFL
Noah sees the orthopaedic surgeon tomorrow for a review of his foot. He is expected to be fully weight bearing, coming out of the boot and working hard at his strength from then on.
In further good news, Noah Gown is making his recovery from a fractured foot and has resumed running, but Rundle said the club would continue to take a conservative approach with his rehab.
“Noah Gown sustained a fractured fifth metatarsal early in the pre-season. He’s been up and running over the past four weeks and is looking really good,” Rundle said.
“He had a surgical review last week which cleared him to ramp things up, but given the long period of time he’s had away from running, we expect a reasonably conservative approach managing him back into the program."
Meanwhile, Noah Gown has reintegrated into main training after overcoming a foot injury, but experienced a minor setback last week.
“Noah has been tracking really well and integrating back into main skills sessions, although last week he had a problem with his lower back which kept him out of action for the week," Rundle said.
"We expect him to integrate into the group this week. He’s feeling better from his back point of view.”
“Noah Gown has been progressing well and has been training fully with the main group. He too will require another two weeks of full training before we consider him for practice matches.”
Noah Gown
"It was Gowny’s first game back. He competed well in the air and at ground level. He launched at the ball and made contests and was a very good leader, using his voice very well in the setups. It was a good return to play for him."

Needing to bolster the club’s key forward stocks, the Bombers swept up powerful Gippsland goalkicker Noah Gown at pick No. 60 off the back of an impressive NAB League season.
Also an up-and-coming basketballer, Gown had turned down a US-based scholarship to pursue his footballing dreams and it paid off after he booted 31 goals in the under-18 competition to secure his AFL chance.
The strong-marking youngster isn’t afraid to throw his body around and settled nicely into the system in a promising first season at The Hangar.
Gown was also held back to just 12 VFL games due to injury, but when on the field he displayed his talent with 17 goals and four mentions among the side’s best players.
With great scope for further improvement, Gown will make his presence felt again in 2020 as he searches for his first senior opportunity.

"His timing was a little bit off against Collingwood but he got better at it against North. He tried to mark the ball at its highest point when there was a long ball coming in, and during faster attacks, he presented very well. He worked well with the other forwards and sets us up."
That makes too much sense, not sure our selection committee has any.Might as well get him, Crauford and either Jones or Bryan in the forward line if he's fit imo
They'll get mauled but they'll develop a lot quicker than if they spend the rest of the season doing circle work in the scratch matches.
Stewart and McKernan aren't going to be part of a finals side, better to bring in some player who might be eventually.
I'm not sure either...That makes too much sense, not sure our selection committee has any.
Is he right to go?Play him this week please.
Damn it.Didn’t pull up unscathed from the scratch match so I doubt he gets his chance now
Damn it.
