As far as I know, no. This is the end of the line. They had a lawyer type of guy on SEN yesterday afternoon and he was asked the same question.

If the AFL had done the right thing from the beginning then I seriously doubt we would be approaching year three and WADA would not be involved. Why is Sir James Hird still coach? Why is Doc Reid still the club doctor? Why is Neil Craig still at the club? WADA sitting in isolation in Lucerne looking at the circumstances would be wondering why everyone involved has walked away scott free especially in light of the damning Switkowski report. A couple of backroom people left, however the instigator of the whole scheme Sir James Hird was paid one million dollars to have a holiday. Last night on 360, Sir James continued with his line that he knows the players were not given anything illegal. How does he know? Providing a 5 year old childs answer...because I know... is not going to cut it.

Former ASADA chief Richard Ings took to Twitter on Tuesday to claim WADA's decision to appeal the AFL anti-doping tribunal's findings would lead to heavy scrutiny for the league.

"This morning has seen the AFL awaken to its nightmare scenario under its AFL anti-doping policy. AFL process facing international scrutiny," he said.

Yes indeed. This for me is the highlight of the appeal. At last the AFL is going to be exposed to the big wide world for what they are: amoral moneygrubbing fixers.
