Don’t over react mate. They’re unlikely to appeal as they’d just be throwing away 10k. AFL have gone against all the evidence for this, they ain’t going to change their minds. It’s corrupt, but not the clubs fault.

Just be sure to rock up on Sunday and support the boys, shove it up the AFL.

Depends on whether there is a case to argue on appeal. I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know if that door is open to us.

soo now north is on the receiving end with this sort of action. first it was lindsay thomas who got hung out to dry as the poster boy for sliding into a players knees and now it’s jackson archer who is on the other end of the spectrum where a player slides into his knees and now he’s the who gets suspended.

Because the AFL is all about protecting itself from further litigation on concussion and CTE down the track and when the AFL spokesmen in the media kept crying out phrases like 'reckless' 'excessive speed' and duty of care...well you get this outcome.

Majority of actual football knowledgeable pundits all agree that it should have been a free to Jacko on the rule of sliding in a tackle...but Clearly lying there and then the stretcher - as much as l hate to see it, what if Jacko broke his leg, l wonder if he would've gotten 3?
