No.
There are concentrations especially with Fremantle identifying with the WAFL clubs.
The North coast is where you'll find more Eagles fans but there is no xlear demarcation.

This is a good point. And the only way to avoid it would be for the team to be based in northern Perth,

Thus chipping away at Eagles territory ?
Being north of the river makes even less sense for a person to be a Bunbury fan.

I wouldn't have though anyone South of the River Perth would find Bunbury more appealing than Freo/West Coast.

Maybe people in Mandurah might go for Bunbury instead? On the other hand because of rail, its a lot easier for them to attend matches in Perth than in Bunbury.
