Can't wait to get him back. He will be a massive addition should we make finals. (we should).
Wonder if Heppel can keep on keeping on once Jobe returns?
Myers improving even more on current output is equally important. That's the next level for this team.

He's actually averaged less than when Jobe was in the side. His contested possessions have gone up though.I doubt the likes of Heppell/Myers will keep the same numbers up. They will get less oppurtunity to play in the guts when Watson is back. Heppell may drop from av 30 to av 27.
If anything, I think Heppell might find it easier once the skipper is back. Less pressure on him and is less likely to cop the tag - not that he hasn't performed brilliantly in Jobe's absence anyway.
Not next season. imo we should wait at least 2-3 years before making the call on who the new captain will be.Would you make Heppel captain considering Jobe turns 30 next season?
Does look a bit leaner, yesIs it my imagination or has Jobe lost a kilo or two while he's been out injured?
I found this video and thought I'd post it in here. A young Jobe and his father hosting a weekly footy series back in the mid 90's.
(mods, sorry if this is the wrong place as I could not find another video thread)
