Given our club pretty much never gives any information at all to supporters about how our reserves players are going, we just have to draw our own conclusions. But you'd have to think that given we immediately extended him, we must have a view that he is going to be a long term player. So you would expect to see him play next year.
But who knows with Longmire and the rest of the coaches. Our entire backline could be injured and they will just keep strapping them up and sending them back out.
Appears to be Rampe's heir apparent so id really like to see them spend a few games together so he can learn on the field.

Could play a little like Wilkie from the saints??
Not so much hoping that he plays with Rampe (would be nice) as that Rampe mentors him through training and teaches him how to go about it. That footage shows that he's eager to learn. Same with Edwards. Then Cochran.
Not just Rampe but Hamling too, plenty to show the young blokes you would think.
Macca should be a big improvement knowing midfield and defence at AFL level. Not often you get coached by a 300 gamer.

I think if he didn't get injured when he did in July, he may have played a game or two at the end of the season

Poor Snell. Just as he was starting to show promise, you had to go and do this to the bloke!

I think he will get an opportunity early in the season if he is fit.
It's pretty unusual that we would extend someone's contract almost immediately that we take late in the national draft.
He kind of reminds me a bit of a guy who we shipped off to the crows.
