Would be hard to measure, but my gut feel is that it's overrated.

In normal circumstances yes, but Taylor isn't your average, run of the mill celebrity.

Her fan base is significant, devoted and fanatical. And if TS were to endorse Harris, many of her supporters would listen and act accordingly imo.
