At least with a busted up finger he can still keep up his aerobic fitness through running.
bring him in for the finals.
Pickett will win the Norm Smith. bookmark it.

This. He can hit the gym straight away. Get his tank up and learn the game plan no worries. A broken finger 10 rounds in isn't that bad as he will have touch from his WAFL games.

Another player with neck tattoos!!

Looking forward to seeing how he goes once he gets over his finger!!

None of the other mid season picks will be playing in the next month either so the injury shouldn't mean anything.

He looks great. Shame he is 27.
Maybe being 27 and being inside for two years has given him some real perspective.
We may only get three years out of him, but if he takes his chance now that we have given it to him, he might just be worth it.

Could be a good influence on stack as well
Someone who has obviously made some mistakes in his life but is trying to make the most of it as well as coming from the same area as Stack

great point mate.
Never thought of that but has real merit.

Index finger on his right hand. Broke the tip of it off so they needed to put a wire through the bone to reattach it to make it heal properly.

Finger surgery is *** painful and can only be done by a highly qualified surgeon because of all the nerves. I had my full middle finger reco’ed back in 2006 by Greg Hollywood Hoy. Volar plate reconstructed. Wire entire length of finger for 3 months. More painful than the 2 x knee recos I’ve had. Hope Marlion’s isn’t as severe and he had it done a while ago, otherwise we might not see him this year.
