Ch7 main channel (VIC) given up on this Test. Today & Friday, 30m pre-show then 30m of 1st session, shunted to 7mate for rest of the day (4pm news, chase,6pm news etc on main channel). Then weekend it’s 30m pre-show then 1.5hr of 1st session, shunted to 7mate for rest of the day.

Why even bother putting it on the main channel if you don’t want to show (more of) it?

Yeah - just leave it on Mate so we don't need to flick around. Understood the need last time because of the two games on at the same time but now just leave it on the one channel please.

Was just going to post something similar.

I can't be the only person with an older telly that can no longer get 7mate now it's HD. Might as well just watch the whole thing on 7+ for the amount of time it's on 7. Are things like early news, game shows and Home & Away really a higher priority than test cricket? If so, why bother with it at all?

The oldies still like their news at six on the main channel.

Don’t forget better homes and gardens. I’ll never forget Ricky (Wicky) olafenshaw during his ch [emoji[emoji6]] tenure defending their related coverage citing people are creatures of habit, go out for dinner and are used to watching the game at I think it was [emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]?
