Yeah I meant last year only Dees made it of the previous premiers. Geelong, Richmond, West Coast, Bulldogs, Hawthorn all missed so we only had one of the premiers from 2013-2022.

Aaah I see, so apparently it happens quite often now. Good for the competition.

So when was the last time a team qualified for finals despite not beating anyone above the bottom 3 for the last 9 games?

Terrible finish, but I think if anything, it will help to spur them on even more in 2025.

Building an incredibly good list that should he competing at the pointy end for some years I would think.

So was this meant to be about how badly Freo tripped up at the end of the year to tumble out of the finals or about some other stat of Premiers not winning another final??
Talk about going off track, nearly as off track as being top 3 4 weeks out from finals and having a mad Monday before finals start.
