A History of Picking Bolters

Last year i picked Medhurst from the start, now he was a bolter! This year i really see Krak and Higgins as the bolters from around that value.

Last year i had both palmer and rioli from the start but thats about all i remember

I picked Palmer, Rioli and Ibbo last year.

Josh Hill was better than Rioli and Ibbo in terms of bolters though, fattened up nice and quickly

Last year picked up Palmer, Josh Hill, Deledio, Stevens and Robert Murphy. They all went pretty well

i learnt my biggest lesson last year - don't make trades based on the BE's after 2 rounds. I initially picked Foley last year as well. But his 1st two rounds he didnt do that well, and Wallace wasnt giving him as much game time. I made a sideways trade only to see Foley dominate afterwards

Im not telling anyone who my sideways trade was to, but those who remember which names were getting thrown around can probably guess.

Last year being my first year of DT I stuck with Adelaide players which did me well, I had Porplyzia, Bock & Symes. Franklin & C Morton did me good.

But I also picked up duds like Nicoski & Hurn from WC.

in 2007 i picked Scott Thompson, Lewis, Bartel, Birchall, Carazzo, J. Selwood and Adcock (obviously), think that was it haha - good year!

i remeber picking Hodge when he went from an average of 70 to 100 - although that was always going to happen.

I had those bolded three in 07, plus Foley and Pendlebury. I strongly considered picking Priddis at the start but picked Pendles instead IIRC, and got Priddis later in the season.

Last year I had a great run with rookies but no luck with my premiums.

My bench in round 1 was something like Wonameeri, Ibbotsen, Palmer, Bird, Kreuzer, ?, Hill, Rioli.
