A look into the short future- CLUB B& F!

Who will win and why?

Thoughts...

Burnie:

As everyone outside the NW coast may think, (Daz Banham has it wrapped up), i disagree and believe Jas Laycock will win it.

Others inc- Banham, Munday and as a roughy- Baldock..

Devonport- Hard to pick here but a couple of standouts for me are Rodders (Rodman) and Ben walker. Al clements and tim mee the others.

South- Thorp would be a look in but hasn't had a great year. Aaron Viney would be favourite as is so consistent, but my pick would be Dan Johncock- has had a lot of the ball and uses it.

Nth Launceston- Can't go past O'shae in his first year, although he did miss the last few games. Crawford as a midfielder is also a chance.

Lauderdale- Would have to think Smith and siggins are the front runners but don't put it past a smokey as the team has had an improved, even year. Perkins and Waller always do their bit and the younger brigade could surprise.

Launceston- after 100 goals, Brian Finch is the winner there I would think. Jordan Harris and Gary Shipton the other notes at the blues. Roughy would be the ever improved Jo Greonewegen

Clarence- Cannot go past Thurley- by far and a way the best player in the state and deserves both the Tassie and his club B & F! Jackson O'brien would be an easy pick for second...

Hobart- Atough year for the boys but the shining lights would be Sullivan, Willing with his consistent power and loyalty. Hall and maybe a young fella as the smokey.

Nth Hobart- An interesting year but would have to say my favourite Z. Murphy to have made a good enough impact in his first yr south. others would be Hall, Wilson and a roughy Viech!

Glenorchy- As a few stars have missed with injuries i cannot go past Matthews- very skilled and noticed player... he does a great job. Bowden will probably get votes in most games he plays and a host of youngters, including Mott in his first year, will impress...

if you want an idea of club b&f's just go to the league site and have a look at how many times a player has been named in best.

justin rodman is a shoo-in for devonport, if it wasnt for him they would be getting beaten by about 10 more goals each week.

O'Shae missed far too many games for bombers. crawford, viney o'sign and wager to battle it out

Doubt Hall will win B and F at Hobart, too many games were he went missing but did improve his consistency a bit but not enough to win. Willing would be absolute Favourite with Quirk close behind, Ryan Sullivan may be dark horse. Let's just hope they keep a few for next season, rumours already doing thr rounds of players exiting, doubt Willing will stick around?

Well done to Justin Rodman for his efforts on Saturday night! Winning Devonport's B & F on 113 votes... After battling the season with his dinky shoulder and at a fresh club he was a deserved winner... Al Clements and Ben waliker were 2nd and 3rd respectively.

any other B & F's ?
