the season kicks off first wednesday back of term 2 so i thought i'd start up something for it.
how are teams looking? any practice matches? predictions on how matches will shape up?
 
looking at the results bedes beat parade while de la salle got on top of whitefriars. also, bernards got done by st joeys geelong who iv been told have a VERY strong side, may go close to herald shield.

who are the guns from each side?
i know of griffiths from whitefriars, tom hill parade, al christensen from geelong and lucin from bernards. have i missed anyone?

herald shield clashes begin next week also...thoughts?
one of the pools is mazenod, parade, bernards and whitefriars. whos a chance?
 
dont know who mazenod got. de la got jack gray (western jets listed player) bedes have pat liston (sandy captain) dont know if he plays school footy..

griffths was seen with a moon boot and not playing for whitefriars last week and have also lost hoegal but are still a good unit without them. should go far in the shield for that pool and id assume if joeys geelong are as good as they are said to be they'll have no troubles...

st bedes did not beat parade it was very one sided, even tho the parade boys only won by 4 goals they were up by 8 goals at 3 quarter time.

parade should smash mazenod and i expect whitefriars to get up over bernads

yes i agree whitefriars should comfortably beat bernards with smitty returning from shoulder injury, big body in the forward line.

Doubt the cannons boys will line up against Whitefriars as they play the Gold Coast on the weekend and with the APS / AGSV boys all returning to school footy. All boys will be in desperate need as the Gold Coast beat the jets by 100 points.
