Yep he was classic, loved it when he was like hold on a second quarters and drank the champas. He's a good player and didn't have guys to take his votes.

Will go down as the worst player since Woewodin to win Charlie. He should cut it in half and give half to Cross and half to Boyd. Without them he wouldn't get many touches. Richo, Black & Ablett would have all been deserving winners.

Harsh... he's good.
Voss and that whole Rob Harvey crap made me chunder. No disrespect to the bloke, but it was a players' night add I dont think he looked all that comfortable with it either.
The whole kiss arse thing to flog Toyota ads was a joke too.

Cooney has pace & skill. No surprise to me he won a Brownlow Medal.
I'm a bloody Saints supporter and even I found the Rob Harvey stuff waaaaaay cringeful and over-the-top and I even left the room I thought it was that bad.
Cooney's speech was pretty funny, he seemed mildly pissed and was far better value than say Gary Ablett or Simon Black would have been, polished media performers that they are. Although the interview with Ablett as a 14yo was pretty funny especially when they interviewed him at the table and he did the same mannerisms.
yeah the round-by-round highlights were majorly cut with only highlight from a few games rather than all the games as in previous years. Didn't bother me that much though.
the Dimwit was horrible, speeding through the names as he did when they were for games obviously not involving players that might be in contention, then adding pregnant pauses for extra dramatic effect when the contenders were in the mix.
I laughed out loud in my empty house when in Rd 21 Geelong v NM, Hale took the 3 votes, making it that much harder for Ablett to win.

Read on a newspaper blog some Geelong Fwit saying Gablett was robbed cos Hale got the three votes.
All I'll say is 8 goals against the best defence in the league deserves 3votes in my book!!
