Sorry but I disagree, some coaches have got the x factor to be senior coach after a long apprenticeship but he doesn't. Mini was the man for the job because he was at our club ten years and the players loved him. He was short changed and deserved first crack at the job not ooze.He is a first year coach, he will improve/get better with that over time.
You need patience and accept the fact the next couple of years will be painful for Tigers fans. It's the AFL's Equalisation policy setting in, Hawthorn went though it after 2016 too.
