What is the story with this kid?

Has kicked 19 goals in 4 games for Calder Cannons, including 10 in a best on ground performance yesterday.

175cm, 70kg. 18/4/1990 so way too young to be drafted this year, but is he on the radar of clubs?

Yeh i would say he is definitely taller than 175cm as listed, saw him play and looks a bit taller than that, maybe 180cm would be more realistic i'd say now. Will definitely go top #10 next year.
 
Word is that he kicks these goals while playing in the midfield. Has an amazing goal kicking recorded at Greenvale, PEGS & now Cannons. Have personally never seen him play but he continues to generate buzz out of PEGS. At that age could he grow the 6-7 cm that would make him a potential star??
 
He is a very exciting young player but I think he may not go top 10 but should go early loves to kick a goal.

He has been selected in the AIS team to tour Ireland next April so I hope he stars over there.

The kid will grow, his very bottom aged. I reckon he has to be a future superstar to be kicking bags of 10 at that age. Could be a real strong draft next year with Kruezer, Masten, Rioli, Grimes and Maric
 
maric is a good footbaler but he wuldnt even be 175 he wuld be around 170cm.. all he is, is a soft footballer who hangs out, he never has an opponent so it isnt too hard to get a kick and steady and snag a goal.
 
Last year in the herald sun final as a 15 yr old he destroyed our best backman (who was a well devloped 18 yr old who was in the rebels squad) and probably would have been named BOG had his side not been narrowly beaten.

I'd say it was safe to assume that after his 5th on the weekend the opposition coach would have manned him up.
 
im 15, almost 16 and im 187cm and most of my footy mates who are 16 are the same height but all over 180. depends if he has had his big growing spurt or not too. i no november last year i was 173cm.

He kicked 10 goals for the Cannons against Bendigo on the weekend so he must have something going for him!
