What a beautiful day old Melbourne town has put on. Looking forward to a cracker of a game that is hopefully close and up for grabs unto the last minute.
Will watch today as a complete neutral and not caring at all which team gets up.

Yup reckon it would be great for Fage and his Lions to land a flag great young team, exciting and talented. Would be a symbolic milestone.
Swans too are an amazing young team, really hard to split them both are play exhilarating brand of footy great for the AFL and appreciated by all supporters and fans of the game.

Does anyone have a breakdown of what Channel 7 is showing until the game starts? The guide just says "AFL" and for the last 30 minutes its been pure garbage.

I've cut right back on the pre-game stuff over the past few years. I watch the coverage 30 minutes prior to the first bounce of the Grand Final until the end...that is when the team is handed the Premiership Cup. There's a lot of rubbish for hours and hours prior to the game....I dont watch it.

Im sure in the past there was a Grand Final breakfast, then a game with U18s, and plenty of proper highlights. What Ive seen so far is just crap.

Yep the U/18s GF and prior to that the GF Breakfast. I think the GF Breakfast is shown in Foxtel (Fox Footy).

But yeah I just wait until the game nowdays.

2014 would be better than 2022 (or 2019). Hawks were truly something to behold on that day, went smack and there was nothing any side could've done about it. 2022 & 2019 were just miserable for neutrals.
