Brisbane moved up 5 positions in to equal 2nd place with West Coast. Hawthorn moved past West Coast in to first place due to premierships weighting being less for Hawthorns larger par premierships

There was a moment in the game. Third quarter maybe?
Dunkley had a three v one in the centre.
Sprinted and pushed three blokes out the way dived fwd and pushed the ball out to a loose Lion who went off to create a goal.
Dunkley probably didn't even get a stat for it but it was absolutely beast mode.

I couldn't be ****ed to be honest
I said to my friend in the stand watching this that this would have been on the review tape Monday if there was a review on Monday . In 2021 , kossie pickett didnt do a lot on the scoreboard but his defensive acts led to a few goals
There is a link in the comments which shows his smother in the first quarter which led to a goal

You probably won't ever watch this game again, but Dunkley kept pushing Heeney under the ball at stoppages, and Isaac couldn't get a run at it all day. Later we were informed that Heeney was injured but that's what happened.
Yep. Absolutely noticed that. But then I think why don't players do that every single week to Heeney?

I have heard so many people say how disappointed they were that the game was one-sided. Had they been watching closely they would have seen a perfect example of how brilliantly our lovely game can be played.
Hardly a disappointment, nor a waste of time. Best ball game on the planet, especially when it's played to this level of perfection. Those who say otherwise know little of the joys sport can provide. They watch it for the wrong reasons.
