I agree but it leaves an angry supporter base which is well deserved in its own right.

I can sympathize and i endured 20yrs of it as well. It sucks when your board cannot admit or are to proud to say yeah we got that decision wrong and move on from it.
Even though we are not winning a flag soon as well you guys remind me of us under Malthouse which was an all time **** up we took to long to admit and recover from.
It all starts at board level and the courage they have to admit they have made a wrong call.
