Multiplat AFL 23: Launch Thread (Xbox release date TBC)

STATE OF PLAY:

• The game is out for Steam and PlayStation. There have been issues with Xbox release and it is unclear when the game will be available.
• Big Ant are aware that there are playability issues & bugs at present.
• Content has been temporarily removed from the game to identify where the issues lie.
• This content will be re-introduced via patches in the coming days.
• Big Ant have released a summary of what is to be reintroduced, which can be seen below.

I remember Ross threw some poor bastard under the bus for uploading the wrong version of AO Tennis at launch. Even though the game needed 2.34 million patches to be on a decent state, and not just the "right" version uploaded in it's place

Be funny if it happens again.

Would it be possible to get a list of the patch notes so we know what will be included?

Some gameplay tweak (tackling was nearly non existent, spoiling wasn’t overly working either) licensed state leagues, logo and guernsey creators and more online modes?

From what I’ve seen the game already looks a step up on Evo 2 without the patch, can’t wait to see how it is with the patch.

14 per cent installing. I think I'll go do my chores, although I did enjoy kicking snags with Dangerfield.

Will be curious if any differences between PS and the crap we saw on Steam
