from what Ross on here said they know about it but it is not game-breaking. That doesn't mean they aren't going to fix it.such in the case of a certain person not caring about the player radar overlapping with the set shot meter).

I have never seen either of these on PS5.Somehow I don’t think handballs going in the opposite direction of the way you’re pointing is ‘user error’
Likewise when players run past the man with the ball. Can’t do much about that regardless of age lol
I have never seen either of these on PS5.
Relax guys cricket is releasing soon for them so it was always on the cards that the attention would move to that quickly.
Obviously would have been more ideal if the game launched in a better state but I think you lot on the PS were dreaming if you were going to get regular patches with cricket coming out soon.
Ross himself has acknowledged on Michaels stream that handballing needs a lot of work as it’s one of the main complaintsI have never seen either of these on PS5.
On Big Ant developing it at least, best case scenarioIf it stops now the AFL probably pull the pin on the next game given how badly this one has been received.
We will also have an update on the AFL23 XBox release….
Yeah, this. Can we least have tactics prior to the weekend and be where Steam was prior to the 'buggy' patch BigAntStudios by any chance?
Didn't say they were stopping but it was clear as a day and always on the cards that as soon as they had AFL in a "playable state" they would move on and focus more on cricket. I know they say they have different dev teams etc but when your working on what 4 sports titles in a short period of time.... Ross even said it himself that once the game play was up to scratch in their eyes the patches would become less frequent which is what they hoped originally that by 3-4 weeks it would be mostly cleaned up.So you actually think that despite the game being released in the state it was in, that after a month its just tools down and move onto the next game? You’re not considering how we’ve all paid money for a product or Big Ant’s reputation? Not to mention how the game was delayed on a platform and still today isn’t available to play in its entirety. Get real mate. If it stops now the AFL probably pull the pin on the next game given how badly this one has been received.
Yes and I’ve never seen any so called big ant supporter say that that pre launch was better than now, if you can quote any that have said that I’ll happily take a loss on it.The so called god status pre launch was worse than the game we have now ?
I didn't see as many stupid glitches during pre launch compared to now so I have no clue how you came up with that conclusion.
Again you make no sense and are all over the place.
Even the other supporters of BA are saying the pre launch was better than what it is now. How can you call this trash where there is barely any player growth in manager mode, s**t ratings , glitch after glitch better than pre launch?
Wouldn’t complain if the game was actually up to scratch. I think that’s where the frustrations stems fromDidn't say they were stopping but it was clear as a day and always on the cards that as soon as they had AFL in a "playable state" they would move on and focus more on cricket. People complaining now about waiting a week for a patch better get used it to it that you will have to wait a week for the next updates.
From Michaels stream the other day it did look a lot more fluid than what I got to play last night and this morning and if that is the standard then it isn't that bad they could then do small updates and get the management mode etc more up to scratch. I would have thought with Cricket coming up shortly then Rugby they won't sit back and patch this game every single day like they had been so that is what I am saying don't get disappointed that they are moving to weekly releases for consoles.Wouldn’t complain if the game was actually up to scratch. I never implied it was stopping I just said it was always on the cards if you read the posts from weeks ago they would spend the first few weeks daily patching the game to get it "playable" then it would go to weekly or less frequent updates. They spelled it out clearly then and even more so now the reasons why consoles are going to be weekly. You seemed to imply it was stopping…..irregardless I think even Ross could say as of right now its not at the standard they’d want it to be. I get your point, they have a lot of games to work on, but if the patching and work stops now then I can’t imagine how that benefits anyone. I’m in the boat of a lot of others in here who check in sporadically after a patch in hopes the game is better but its kind of just in limbo now. I hope Big Ant keep chopping away because at the core the game is so close to being playable. If it all stops now they’re gonna lose a lot of customers I’m guessing.
I agree and said in Michaels stream last night that the game looks like it’s playing much better. The issue still remains that PS is roughly 7 days away from playing like that. Not to mention we already haven’t had a patch since Saturday. From Michaels stream the other day it did look a lot more fluid than what I got to play last night and this morning and if that is the standard then it isn't that bad they could then do small updates and get the management mode etc more up to scratch. I always do both mate, just in caseI know it’s been answered in the past, but just confirming, when my game craps itself on PS5 and I log a PS report with video etc. does that reach you guys? JNT BA BigAntStudios Happy to raise a support ticket if not
Yeah, we get a crash report and video - helps a lot.I know it’s been answered in the past, but just confirming, when my game craps itself on PS5 and I log a PS report with video etc. does that reach you guys? JNT BA BigAntStudios Happy to raise a support ticket if not
is it possible for the patch on June 5 which Steam & PS4 got, being added to PS5 today? that way both PS4 & PS5 would only be 1 patch behind steam and PS5 gets tacticsMoving to weekly patches is to provide more stability on Console as they cannot be wound back (as Steam can). This is still way more agile than the vast majority of Console games.
There is no way we can do complete sweeps of game testing on a daily basis, there are so many elements to test, especially with the combinations of available Academy content.
If it’s successful on steam, why would it be any different on PS ?Moving to weekly patches is to provide more stability on Console as they cannot be wound back (as Steam can). This is still way more agile than the vast majority of Console games.

I am hesitant to release patches on a Friday as if anything goes wrong then the chances of getting things through Europe on the weekend is slim.
I think last nights steam patch has been accepted pretty well to get through the weekend on consoles.Moving to weekly patches is to provide more stability on Console as they cannot be wound back (as Steam can). This is still way more agile than the vast majority of Console games.
