I'm certainly relieved ADFA didn't make it! They could've been very dangerous over the next couple of weeks. They structure up very well.

NovIsBack, ANU had a couple out due to study/work commitments and injuries but didn't intentionally rest anyone. There's a bit of a healthy rivalry brewing between the two sides so there's no way ANU would play anything less than the best available 22 against ADFA. We still had a pretty strong side in regardless. We just weren't up to it today and were unaccountable across the ground. On the bright side, we now have 7 days to turn it around at least!:thumbsu:

Agreed, they were very impressive against us as well. With Coota and Adfa I think there were 7 teams that could've won the comp, now there is 5.

Best competition for a few years with all teams capable of winning it.

My money is on the Yass roos , they seemed to be flying under the radar , with a few quality ex Seahawks would like to see them win it

You still playing forward pocket Ando? Good luck next week. :thumbsu: :thumbsu:
??? I'm a 55 year old supporter , haven't played for 20 years. I know ando Benny mccallum Jesse and kimbo. Are you a weirdo or what ?? Weren't you the one that had a big cry and said you were never posting on here like a big drama queen , only to return and think you are the messiah. I like Yass because I know some players and I also think belconnen could be a sneaky chance to go all the way , although 5 th spot might make it hard.

Just though it was weird you post in the ovens and Murray, so did he. My bad, and yes a big messiah weirdo. Belco really are a big threat, obviously I hope we win but if it had to be anyone else I'd love to see Cooma do well in their first finals since 94.

I don't think I have ever posted in ovens and Murray site. There is another poster on here called seahawk !! Perhaps it was him

Yass were the team to beat a few years ago when the finals started but imploded when the league rolled out three umps for the games, im thinking the same may happen again. Cooma and Belco had a belter of a game, if your not doing anything next sunday, i'd suggest getting out and watching it. Could be the game of the finals

Obviously I hope we can go all the way, I think the grounds might be to big for yass and anus's loss to Adfa makes me tip Goulburn if not us although anus are always dangerous. Any which way I reckon this will be the closest 3rd grade finals for along time and really everyone has a chance

Congratulations to Petersen of Adfa and Fleming of Cooma for winning there respective divisions Goal kicker.:footy:

Yes congrats goes to big Tony, an awesome season for sure! :) Good luck to all the teams competing in finals. Personally having being mentored by Stevie Armstrong I would love to see Goulburn get up, and of course Ainslie in the 3rds. :)

While it would be great for the competition and their club I can't see Cooma making it past the first round of the finals. If they weren't able to overcome Belco at home I can't see them making the journey to Canberra and beating them.

Kenmore would be great, would be great if you got home finals actually. Will head over on the Saturday and watch Anu v Yass. My tip is Yass in a tight one and Cooma by 1 goal.

Cooma had a few key players out and a big forward line, once they throw in a couple of small forwards they will be hard to beat. Belco took an early 5 goal lead and kicked 4 behinds for the game. I think ANUS and Cats will get the wins

We played both when they were under strength and at home so not sure really, I can tell you when we go and watch on Saturday..

Thanks a lot lads, The boys and the coach deserve half credit for feeding me and backing me in. Great season to you as well Brent, you had me sweating when you bagged 13 outta 21 against Gungers, Great season too :thumbsu::footy:

How many goals did you end up with for the year ?

Sportingpulse says 86, it's not always 100% though. Cooma to beat Belco and Anu to beat Yass. I see Anu beat Adfa in the 2's makes for an interesting finals race, Can't see it being anyone else except those two teams though. Good luck to everyone this weekend. Surely everyone except Belco players/supporters are going for Cooma!
