I'm actually considering big Browny this week.
You raise some interesting points. Maybe he was in a pub that has a computer at the bar - I see them all the time... I don't actually think he said that Hodgey was working - just that he was at this guys work.
Maybe Fletch can come back and not be as scared to tell us what type of 'work' he is in. I'm sure the boss wont find out. Unless I'm his boss.

i don't think thats the issue for the guys here.
they are worried he is carrying an injury onto the field which is hampering his running and therefore produces low results. last year was the same for hodgey, started on fire, then looked proppy for quite some time and is scores dropped off for a bit
Moloney out with OP aggrevation, sounds like Ricky Petterd will debut for the dees this round, could be one to watch out for - wish he was in the backs tho. If he shows something in the next few weeks (provided he gets a regular gig) could be a good replacement cash cow for Browne

I could never choose my captain from a team that Freo is playing. Would hate seeing him do well.

What are people's thoughts on Daniel Kerr? I personally think his form will drop significantly in the coming weeks. Had him all last year and he was the most frustrating dter ever.

Yeah, thats what I'm leaning toward. Whats your thinking? Better overall value?
Yer better upsides in the cash and security stakes. Hawkins will score better than campbell and should play more games. The front-liners should all virtually average similar, so I based it on the two rookies.
I couldn't be happier with McMahon, he's averaged 89pts in 3 matches. Last year he was the 18th most consistent scorer in DT and 2nd most consistent in the AFL rankings. He's just bagged a 104 on the weekend and he is only worth $300. Will average higher then 80 this year, mark that down.
And...i would say he's price is going to keep going up for the next 2 weeks.

I'd take McMahon over McPhee. McMahon is the go to man, Gilbee kicks out, 50% of the time to McMahon, if the ball is loose in the back line, players look for McMahon to clear it. He also kicks a ridiculous amount of the time.
McPhee is $20K more expensive. It would be a tough call, i know 90% would say McPhee, but thats fine, i'll be the one racking up the points with McMahon this year

Shaw + Winderlich
Simply because I've already got plenty of bombers in my team and don't want another 2.

Mcmahon and Knights
Mmmm... I've watched two bulldog and two bombers games this year. The main reason I overlooked Mcmahon for Mcphee is coz phee has the proven history of a great DTer, and simply had to be used more defensively last year. This year's role sees him moving all around the place.
Proven history and a new beneficial role convinced me. I'm just not sure Mcmahon's credentials match that.
EDIT: I'm with you on Knights though.
