lloyd (trading him )

having davey and hawkins on the field? You have heaps of cash why not upgrade one of those guys as well if you are deadset on trading lloyd (i would wait if you can cover him and get reiwoldt in a week or 2).

Who is your 7th forward?

Will have to elevate TOMAHAWK off the pine this week (and next) for chappy unfortunatly, as long as he (Hawkins) breaks even points wise i'll be happy. Can't expect him to get big numbers against the eags like chappy possibly would.
Clutching at straws for another round w Del', leaning towards Foley if he does'nt produce.

Happy that I didn't get excited and I waited to find out he is injured.

I stand by my trade. I'm not taking my chances that Gibbs won't lose more value until Petterd comes back.

Also, I know I'm much happier playing Jono Brown this week instead of Dale Thomas, with a fully fit firing gun midfield and Hadley as an emergency. Petterd was always going to be for cash this week, turns out I'll just have to wait one or two more. Not like I was going to sell him off within the next 5 weeks anyway.

C Cornes, H Shaw, D Fletcher, L Gilbee, J Sinclair, J Adcock, J Koschitzke (X Ellis)

C Judd, D Kerr, S Black, S Burgoyne, P Burgoyne, N Lappin (R Hadley)

A Sandilands, B Hudson/S Taylor (depending on Hudson's injury)

J Brown, B Johnson, M Pavlich, B Hall, B Fevola, L Franklin, Al Davey (M Campbell)

As you can see, the money to upgrade Thomas was more valuable than Gibbs' points this week, or the possible 10k or so he may make in the next two weeks.

Yeh fair enough, as long as you have someone to cover him. :thumbsu:

Anybody else think its just about time to get on Goodes next week? Need 130 odd to break even this week. How much will he go down with a score of 60 or 80?

Not sure i rekon, hav to wait and see how he goes, cood b a bad year for him, seeing that swans r winning and he hasn't performed

Can someone please tell me Darcy's b/e, would be pretty low id imagine.

Heres what im thinking ive got 15 trades and am considering using 5 in the next 4 or 5 weeks.

Its annoying because all apart from one trade has been injury related, so im torn between developing my side as i had planned from the start, or being more conservative now that ive already ussed 4 on injuries.

Anyway potential plan:

This week OUT-Darcy/Gibbs. IN Warnock/Power.

Next week out Adcock in Jesse Smith.

Then when Goodes bottoms trade Selwood for him.

And when Simmonds bottoms trade Hudson for him. (It could be 4 or 5 weeks till Simmonds is at his cheapest).

My team then will be
Cornes,Mcphee,Goddard,Milburn,Sinclair,Kosi- Trotter Ellis
Bartel,Goodwin,Power,Goodes,Foley,Pendlebury- Thomas Hadley
Sandilands,Simmonds- Griffen,Warnock
B.Johnson,J. Brown,Pavlich,Hall,Embley,Burton,Davey-Hawkins Jetta

Damn injuries thats the best i can get with 10 trades left and not very good bench players.

Thoughts? Should i do it

BE is 81.

Getting rid for bock.... can afford anyback

i'm not sure that i want to go blowing 380 grand but.... who should i get and who is perhaps the best value; whitnall looks good at 280 and gilbee low 300's is good value too. Or, i could go for a premium player like shaw.??? tough
