Ok I tried but I couldn't get it sorted. I have the full game running without problem on one laptop.
I went to install it on another clean device but I kept getting the "file not found" error.
I had about 4 setup exes but couldn't get the "right" one. On the working device, the installation folder had two game exes - the TAR2004.exe that was the demo and a TotalAussieRules.exe that was the unlocked full version. I have a feeling that the demo setup installed all of the necessary files but the full installation missed something.
I'll keep investigating but I'm stumped right now.

I haven’t been on Bigfooty too much the past few days and keep forgetting to have a look at this.
I got a new laptop last year and I think I had the same error which I managed to fix but can’t remember. I downloaded the game from the same link I uploaded on on this thread so it definitely works. I’ll check if there is anything different I jad to do.

Thanks guys, very much appreciated! It's just such a good game, need to get some 2025 Ratings put together once getting it up and running.
Got it working on the new device.
If it said "file not found" then it made sense that something was missing. I copied the missing folders from the working laptop to the non-working one and it came good. They are zipped up below. Hopefully it works for you.
