We want to buy tickets on Tuesday for the Richmond vs Dockers game. We are Freo members. Are we entitled to purchase club member tickets on the Tuesday? Or must we wait for General Public tickets on Wednesday? It may be a Richmond home game.

We must have a barcode to purchase online tickets, but we haven't received one as yet, so we are a bit perplexed.

Any ideas?

Trying to get tickets also and from what i can see you dont put in your membership number but some special code

Who knows if you can reserve a seat or just general admission standing room (cant imagine too many tiger supporters wanting to go)

Maybe the club reads this site. We finally received an email with our barcodes! Good luck tomorrow for your tickets. Remember it is 7.30am

tried at 7.30 and was told 8000 in the queue before me and then after 30/40 mins got to the front of the queue and then got logged out because i could nor remember my ticketek password and then had to reset which took 5 mins but by then system logged me out
typical afl fiasco

Hope so. Same here. On my ticket order confirmation email there was small print saying "there was an error in sending your ticket". The help info directed me to My Ticketek App (Order History etc.) but nothing doing as yet.

Well, they've taken my money so I'll be insisting (!) on a ticket....

Thank you for your email.

Tickets for Gather round have not sold out and are still available. You should still be able to redeem tickets for the game.

You will have to put each code in individual and ensure you have selected GA and 1 ticket only for each barcode.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over gather round and this is all run by the AFL and TICKETEK.

I had put all my codes in one order???
Does this mean I have to get back in the q for each and all 5 memberships?

Logged into Ticketek at 7am. About 7.25 was placed in a pre queue. Then at 7.30am told there were about 33k in front of me.

Afterwards my friend who was trying for tickets as well decided that those huge numbers weren't just for the Freo game, but for all the Gather Round.

That's why when you get towards the end, the queue moves so quickly. You have got to the Freo game.

We both timed out a couple of times. I detoured which wasted time. I was looking for tickets for non members. The club email promised that. But that was definitely not there for the taking.

Then I got detoured by Qantas points. Not for long.

And finally detoured by this new Click and Pay which involved me putting credit card details twice.

Finally at 8.30am, I'd been to Checkout and Submit payment. The wheels were turning. I was hopeful!

The screen went black with an error message and I was an unhappy chappy! Five minutes later I checked my phone and the tickets (or confirmation) were there in text messages and an email.

Yay oh yay!

ADVICE: Do not get detoured. Just get the basic order completed! Good luck tomorrow everyone

Got mine yesterday, and just got Pies v Sydney for Friday night!

Was very organised this year and snagged six GA tix for our game in the Barossa. Likely I’ll have some crew pull out of the trip, so PM me on the day if you’re desperate for an extra entry or two purple people.

i finished up with 2 GA tickets but cost was NIL ?

Tix buyers on Reddit asking same Qs & noting Ticketek customer service ‘very poor’…but a very helpful local Ttk agent (who had offered to queue simultaneously with me if needed) advised they usually make tix available a couple of weeks before event.
Would’ve been pretty simple to include that info on their order confirmation - or on App - or on website.
Anyhoo Purples, see you in SA! (But a plea to go easy on the “we’ll smash Richmond” chant. Take nuffink for granted I say. The spectre of that hideous post-SA Derby defeat still lingers….)

same for me, says tickets not available as yet, but are cant work out if they are free
 
My members tickets were free for Freo
A Sydney friend gave me his codes, but I ended up paying the $150 for The Festival on the Friday night, then got tickets for the WCE game on Saturday.
Was tempted to get Hawks Festival on Sunday, but it’s already costing a fortune.
