I will announce the winners each Thursday, however this is correct, they will all be posted at the same time.

Yeah we can arrange a competition. Depends how you want to do it, to how much effort. Could go all out like Activision did on this site for Call of Duty : Black ops and bought out all our banner ads for a week or so :)

Funny enough i was looking through twitter and facebook to see if big ant had pages and i joined them. Then came on here and saw the comp lol

Ive been lurking the boards since july last year and this is my 1st post.

Got to say Ross, The game is amazing and has surpassed all my hopes of
what it would be.
 
Thats the idea isn't it. Perfect form of viral marketing. Anyone will add it to their facebook page for a free chance at a game. Then all their AFL mates see it and think the same.

And legitimately probably pretty free Advertising as well. Good on them. We all want BigAnt to succeed so we can get future versions, refinements and DLC.

After reading Daniel from Wicked Witch's new batch of AFL Wii info, was wondering something reflecting the PS3 version. Will there be any stadiums/grounds in the game NOT used by an AFL team as a home venue (E.g. Westpac Centre, Visy Park or even just a default oval)?


Edit: I realise its not practical to assume all 17 teams' training grounds will be in the game but just wondering if any will make the cut.

Straight into the season for me. I will play as the home teams and go through 22 rounds to see who is the better teams on it, then sim the finals.

Probably some online play chucked in there as well. What will you be doing first?
 
will be editing stkilda's side with some trades actually before i play the game.
Jurrah, O'brien , and a few of the young gold coast kids, for a few of the crap sainters :D
 
Ill be switching each sides starting lineups first up to match what they are at the time...plenty will change by april!! then i may play a few exhibition games to pick up the gameplay...there sounds like there will be a bit to get our heads around...the off the ball stuff, locking onto teammates upfield and the evasive skills among others....I reckon the few exhibition games i will use teams i dont barrack for so i can use buddy or juddy at least once....then when im set i'll start a season and hit the NAB cup running....I wannna win that thing man

The model of the NAB Cup actually looks pretty cool in the game, worth winning :)

Enough to get some good practise in and be on top of the leaderboards for a little while I would think :)

I'm not sure I want to go online until someone else here at Big Ant loses a game - first loss is going to be historic :)
