Guessing it'll either be the highest pre-order EB or the EB just around the corner from BigAnt. If it is the one in the city, I might just have to come down and have another go.;)

I wonder how much will be allowed to be shown though, I guess it's open slather once the public session is here? Have to say now that there's going to be a public play session it makes me wonder why there's still no press release.

The announcement will be tomorrow - the session will be on the weekend - sorry should have been clearer!

I'm not going to promote filming it but I am sure it's going to happen... please only use HD equipment! :rolleyes:

Jeez I'm not going to bother even if I could go now. Gonna be a logistical nightmare, there will be an insane amount of people. Good luck.:thumbsu::eek:

And if someone does film what are the allowances for uploading it to websites? Will there be copyright infringements, etc.?

I wouldn't condone it but neither would I pursue it....
 
hey ross sorry to ask again and im sure its not a question u cant answer if so could u please let me know but about the game if its wet weather is it harder to mark the ball at all like would the ball skid along the ground? and like the in and under players dominating instead of the bigger blokes?

If gameplay was the core focus of this game, you'd hope that would be in, maybe not skidding but a bit more unpredictability on the ball physics.

Cannot believe how many people on YouTube are underestimating this game! 'AFL Live 2004 called they want their graphics back'?? Stupid as! Anyways hopefully 5 weeks and we are on it!

That's what I was thinking. Plenty of room outside etihad and EB would make a killing IF they took preorders at the play test. So, EB TENT becomes the biggest pre order "store" in one arvo.
 
Pretty awesome 18 customteams and 45 players a team etc, but I'm wondering, is there an option when creating your league to have more than the 22 teams in it ? Say to keep it even and for it to work, you couldn't have 23 teams, needs to be 24, then 26 etc etc...

I'd love to have a "custom" comp / season where I can create a whole bunch of teams like celebrities, friends and family etc, and have everyone play in 1 massive season....

Surely adding this wouldn't be too hard or cause much trouble ross ?

Just having the option to play more than the standard 22-23 teams would be good.
LOVE the idea, but a little pointless if we can have "Custom" tournament / season, with 18 custom teams, but can't make the league 28+ teams in the one comp, Surely it wouldn't be hard to very quickly implament before release? "Am Hoping we either can, or can be put in"

Replaybility would TRIPLE for me if we could do this!

Not that fussed though, I'd be making 2 teams def, celebrities, and family / friends, So I can just remove 2 teams I don't like, Melbourne and I'm not sure about the second one, maybe westcoast since neither doing very well and I have no idea who plays for the 2 teams.

Hey Ross, I asked before but i'll ask again incase you missed it, is there a pre season competition in the game and if so does that include the modified rules with 9 point goals etc?
 
Been following this whole thing over the past 12 months, but never posted until now.

I realise this has been said to death... but I am seriously so damn excited about this game!!

I was on the train home last night and started imagining myself playing the game and reviewing my match-ups against different teams. I actually started to laugh out loud from the anticipation and excitement!!

Just wanted to forward my thanks in advance to Ross and the crew at Big Ant. It's going to be brilliant coming home after a long day and continuing my season with the mighty Blues on XB
