If that is true (although im highly doubting it) Ross now has someone he can play online against. Having said that I doubt it, I'll be happily proven wrong if evidence is shown on the forum

Sorry Didnt ask about that. I got $70 worth of vouchers from Game so Ive preordered with them. Although, Game dont seem to be as good at price matching as EB. I went in to get DK on Wii, JB has it for $60 when came out, best Game said they could do was there price of $99, so went back to JB.
Having said that, Im happy to pay the $98 for this game. As I said I got vouchers

I just rang EB (in Brisbane) they said that the game won't be released until the actual release date (being the 21st). The girl also said that if the game is released early it won't be until the day before when stock gets in.

Hopefully they nail Brisbane's gameplan.

i.e.
- players handballing to the feet of teammates in a worse position than themself
- players losing their feet in contested situations
- long, high hospital kicks into the forward line
- players taking forever to kick the ball in after a behind, chip kicking it laterally 12 metres to a teammate, being called to play on, then panicking and banging it long to the opposition ruckman

If so, points for accuracy

HAHAHA lol, I don't remember what game was coming out but after work i was off to pick up the new game and bang guy ran a red light and cleaned me up as i was crossing the road missed out on playing a kick ass game due to 2 broken arms and a cracked thigh bone.
I'm glad I ordered my game online sure its 108 bucks but I don't care about the saving of 20 bucks and I'll have it at my door so i don't have to worry about any bad luck stuff.

Woah guys its only a week, i don't care when it hits the shelves, my only worry is if they sell out and im stuck waiting for them to reshelve while everyone is playing it. i might actually cry if that happens!

I was down at the bendigo marketplace today and naturally checked to see how much exposure AFL live was getting

JBHIFI- had a stand with the demo boxes and a poster of the PS3 box likewise with the 360. Advertising in catalogue

GAME- Very little from what I could see. I could be wrong, I didn't spend much time there. Advertising in catalogue

BIG W- Nothing. I didn't bother asking anyone either as there was no staff around and the guy at the counter was extremely busy

Dick Smith- Nothing

EB GAMES- A big stand full of boxes facing you as you walk in. Plus each individual format's section had advertising as well. Along with this the trailer was playing on the overhead tv. Advertising in catalogue

Unfortunately everyone seemed pretty set on the 21st

For what it's worth a mate said he called up EB they told him they don't have the game yet but as soon as they do they will be selling it, I still don't think it will be sold until Thursday

I'm pretty sure big w or target is going to sell this for well under the rrp. It is actually really unfair on EB Games who will have ordered a proper amount and will lose a lot of money price matching.

I called every EB within 30km of where he says he lives and, you guessed it, "it's coming out on the 21st"

I won't even bother with price matching, I have Pre order at EB and if it's 100 bucks it's 100, if it's 110 it's 110, I'll pay whatever it is, I am not fussed in shopping around etc.

Target etc are hopeless, hard to believe they would even get stock

I am so ****ing exciting for this game. I am going to pull a sickie on Thursday and play all day with a mate, most likely continuing until Friday night.
