Agree with most of it. I wonder if I'm so caught up in the game, I don't notice the atmosphere (or lack thereof) I'd say this is the case. I do think a 2.0 for sound is pretty rough.

2 And complete gumbies taking out the brownlow??? (i.e eddie betts). How does this happen?
3 Combined with other 'little things' like players kicking with their wrong foot, wrong names and many more mindless screw ups. The game reaks of unprofessionalism....

2 How has that got anything to do with the design/programming of the game, if the user controls a gumbie better than a superstar, they win

Its good but in some factors harsh especially with the 2 rating for sound. On top of that, its the first game in the series how much depth can you expect? The gameplay is solid enough I think this bloke sounds like he doesnt know how to play it. On top of that, on ANZAC day they very clearly played/play the Australian National Anthem AFTER the Last Post!
Injuries may need to be tonned down slightly? Ten minute 1/4s and had about 12 injuries in total, mine and the bots... Medium injuries seems a bit unrealistic, I guess it's because I play quite similar to RL as in only a 100 and something points scored for me and they got 70 odd.

2. Yes - half forwards/forwards dominate too easily, and their performance is over rated by the in-game voting system.
3. No, these are mindless screw-ups. It is their job to make the game, and test it to make sure these things dont happen. They have failed at this. Like anyone who cant do their job properly, they deserve criticism. This helps get it right for the next game. If we all just said it was a 'small oversight' for every screw up someone makes in the world, pretty sure things would fall to pieces pretty quickly. We have paid a lot of money for the game and deserve value for money. You dont see these things in FIFA, where they have 10000+ players to deal with. Dont know why people are so persistent at defending these things. It just makes the developers think they have actually done a good job, when in reality they havent. So for the next game, these things pop up again. Why dont you get down on your knees too why your at it?
just thought of a good idea if the game is too difficult and you want to edit stats to make it harder. Instead of editing stats why dont you just mix around your team like say playing your midfielder and half forward/back etc so it lowers their stats. if you do this i assume coz you havent really edited anything that you will be able to play in the actual season and not a custom one

Always going to be the case though. If you've got a half forward getting loads of possessions, as well as kicking bags, they'll likely win the Brownlow.
I'm not questioning your right to critisize the bugs, and I'm certainly not defending them being in there. But I do think a lot of the bugs are minor ones, which is why I've said LOADS of them. Yeah they porbably should have gotten Darlings name right in the game, but I couldn't give 2 shits if his name was Jose in the game (just to point out 1 bug)
As long as they're recognising these things and working to rectify them.
I think it's a bit steep saying the developers havent done a good job though.
And I'd have gotten down on my knees a couple of years ago when I was screaming for an AFL game.
Even taking the bugs into account, I think this is a ripping crack at a really difficult 360 degree sports game.
Edit: I know I picked a really basic flaw but you can sub that in/out for left/right footers etc. Again, not defending the bugs, they just aren't a game breaker for me

1. Your wrong, brett delidio won my brownlow and tigers didn't make the grand final.
2. If your dominating the game its gonna be stuck in your forward 50 and the small forwards will be the ones getting the pozzies.
3. The only thing i think is a mindless screw up is your attack at this game when you have no valid reasons for it.

I'm sorry for being repetitive but this patch needs to come soon. It's got to the point where online i have to give people headstarts just so they don't ragequit. But twice i have done this and the other person was doing the same thing, and i couldn't pull the lead back enough because he wasn't as bad as i first thought. RAGE QUITTERS ARE RUINING THIS GAME.
My friends online are tempted to get this but because of what they are hearing about the online being bad because everyone quits they are thinking fifa might be the way to go.

Mindless bugs/screw ups:
Player names
Kicking foot
The amount of injuries
Interchange screw ups (Jack Riewoldt playing in the ruck???)
Game freezes
Bronwlow voting
Camera angles/being too far away
Im sure this list can be built on.

I went to Eddie on purpose at every opportunity to have him win all medals so that I could have him appear in the trophy room three times
Players likenesses, footedness, and names were supplied and vetted by the clubs - call your club and complain, as a member (presumably) they will take your call and listen... unless this was you leaving me a message earlier

Mate, at the end of the day its a bug riddled game. End of story. Fix it for next time. People are still forking out a lot of their hard earned to buy it.
played the best game last night on my legend season with Gold Coast playing againgst the Cats. all game the cats lead and third quarter they were up 29 points. they kick the first goal of the quarter. and then I just went bang bang bang. Zac Smith has marked it in the goal square siren goes kick the winning goal win by a point and was the first time i hit the lead was a great game considering my average winning margin is 60 odd points

Been playing the game over the Easter brek and loving it. There are a few issues but it dosent matter. It is a great game, loads of fun and hopefully the starting point for long running title!! Great work Big Ant!!!
No in the position to play online yet, but had the mates around playing it and have witnessed some great plays!!!
Beat my mate who was playing as Carlton by 1 point with JR8 kicking it from the boundary after the final siren!!!
And another mate playing as Geelong getting 4 late goals with Stokes for a great come from behind win!!!
