Wow 50u is very impressive. I suppose you only need 1 or 2 big ones ($34) to come off and it could be profit locked in. Where was that any other player for the Port vs Adelaide one? Some very good chances in that lot.

2.5U Pies 1H -23.5 @1.92
2.5U ESS pk @1.93
2U MEL -34.5 @1.91
3U geel/syd <167.5 @1.9
1U Cats 1-39 @2.6
1U Port/ADL <169.5 @1.88
1U Port +16.5 @1.94
0.65U Port 1st to 25 @2.38
1.5U MEL -36.5 @2

11.7U up for the weekend on AFL. It's a pity that I had a complete brain fade on the NBL today.

The one week i didnt post my multi and i won, oh well up about $500 on the weekend so im happy, Hawthorn did stuff me over big time tho and i only had them 24.5>, oh well there is always that one team. My winning multis were:

Melbourne 60+ @ 2.7
Fremantle 1-39 @ 2.65
= WIN

Syd v Gee Game total 150 and under @ 3.5
Port line +15 points @ 1.9
Melbourne 1-39 @ 1.65
North line +32 points @1.9
=Win

And then i loaded up on the Syd v Gee game:

Game total under 161.5 @ 1.85
Total points 150 and under @ 3.5
Total goals 18 and under @ 5.5 (This one had me nervous in the last quarter).

Then i had:
Jobe Watson most disposals Group A @ 2.9
Sammy Mitchell Most disposals Group A @ 2.15

So a very successful weekend pity, maybe i wont post my tips every time i do it seems as tho i lose.

Not a bad weekend. Got sucked in by the Hawks and to a lesser extent Adelaide, but Pies HT 37+ (3.50) and today especially with Melbourne 37+ (2.00) made it a profitable one.

Anyone else finding 2011 a very profitable year thus far?

I know I am. Last two rounds has seen me increase my bank roll 5 times over. Mainly been successful with the lines and the 1-39 type margins, and also the nice easy 1.50-2.50 multis of 2-3 teams +24.5 or -15.5 or whateveter.

Really liking the HT lines this year - particularly in the negatives.

Pies -13.5 HT (v Carlton) @ 1.91
Pies -23.5 FT (v Carlton) @ 1.91
Bulldogs -35.5 HT (v GC) @ 1.91
Geelong -24.5 HT (v Port) @ 1.91
Pies -26.5 HT (v Richmond) @ 1.91
Melb -24.5 HT (v GC) @ 1.91

Great run that, and most of them have been covered with relative ease.

On average what percentage of your bankroll are you staking with each bet?

On average what percentage of your bankroll are you staking with each bet?

Never (or very rarely) more than 15% on the one play, but mostly around the 10% mark for the lines. When you hit 6-8 lines or even money bets (say out of 10) over a couple of weeks, its going to do wonders for your bank roll. Example:

Starting bank: 100 - Bet 10%
$10 @ 1.91 (Bank = 109)
$11 @ 1.91 (Bank = 120)
$12 @ 1.91 (Bank = 144)
$14 @ 1.91 (Bank = 170)
$17 @ 1.91 (Bank = 203)
$20 @ 1.91 (Bank = 241)

The truth is though, that on any weekend, Id probably play:

30% on lines [3-4 bets]
40% on straight/multis (straight, secondary lines like +24.5, -15.5 types) [3-5 bets]
15% on margins (eg Freo 1-39) [2-3 bets]
10% on exotics (DT, longer multis) [3-4 smaller bets on average]
5% on other (racing, league, cricket, cycling, tennis)

I just think that the HT lines this year have been particularly profitable for me. I have been avoiding the FT lines (not on purpose, just because I feel more comfortable backing those HT lines for some reason). Just found it interesting.

Centrebet was where the "any other player" came from - they've had some weird markets this year, no Pav & Stevie J in the Freo/Geel market, for example.

Looked it up on my results spreadsheet, was up 41 units last year :thumbsu:

pay day !!

This is getting weird, I did all of those as well, but also picked the score in the arsenal v liverpool game, paid about $95k. Just a lazy tenner, but a nice ROI.

Ahhhh, forgot to mention I hit a big 10 legger that payed 500 000 - 1. Soho actually gave me referrals to his 355 bookies so I could spread my $$$ around. Didn't want to get capped by 1 bookie for being a winning punter
