We are **** all, that was a pathetic performance!!!

We took the easy option and gave free kicks away all night, if Vossy thinks that group is going to be top 4 he is a ****ing head case.

The reality is the Fevola trade cost us far too much. Henderson could have played back tonight and Bradshaw would have been our second forward. We could have decided whether we wanted K.Lucas, Jetta or Bastinac.

Voss you made a shit call, you live by the sword you die by the sword!

All these pussies on this board giving Braddles shit are the type of people who supported Hitler, halfwits just willing to go with whatever there leader says.

We are a disgrace!

Whilst I wouldn't voice it with the same passion as you, I have to agree. Not that it was the reason we lost...

Strange strange game. 2nd qtr and 4th qtr was the only domination from either teams

Maguires a gun. Umpiring was shocking.
Very tough footy. Will be loads of sore boys tomorrow

Ah well. Enjoy the season

ps. Thanks for braddles ;)

I was somewhat amused after Fev kicked his first goal of the second half. He was clearly getting absolutely molested by LRT and had a bit of a word with the ump. McBurney's response?

"No, nothing there Fev. You're risking a free if you push him and he goes to ground. I might fall for it."

Sometimes I wish our forwards dived.

You got a bargain there ;-)

There is no supporting arguement worthy of countering "you pussies all supported Hitler".

unless you have some direct relation to the jewish holocaust, take my comment in the context it is was intended to be used in, you might be happy with tonights performance, but it was shit, Sydney was well behind us last year and pantsed us no problems tonight. At times we were competitive but listen mate

Fremantle
Geelong
Crows at AAMI
Collingwood

Tonight was a massive game for us and we bent over and copped it!

I really do miss Bradshaw BUT it was his idea to leave, Which IMO was just the excuse he was looking for he knew Fev was coming to the club. He was never happy at our club, Infact everytime his contract was about to end he was looking around at other clubs to see what they had to offer so really it was only a matter of time before he jumped ship.

His demands were unrealistic I mean he wanted a 3 year contract at his age which was 31 at the time. The Swines needed a forward thats the only reason he was picked up and his demands were met no one else would have touched that offer.

Most of your comment was valid, you just ruined it with the Hitler reference. I never said I was happy with tonight, though there are positives to take from it. And of course, if we don't learn from the mistakes tonight and pick up our game in midfield and at the back, then yes we're in for a very rough ride over the next month or so.

Having said that, I do believe we can improve and get 2 or 3 wins out of the next month. We have a number of players who seem to be out of confidence as much as anything (Fev, Brennan and Rich spring to mind). If we can pick these guys up, then anything is possible.

Unlike your mate Fevola, Bradshaw is a loyal family man, trying to look after his family, he would have taken 400grand this year and then if he tops 50 goals another 400 grand, tops 50 another 400 grand. Cheaper than the 800k we will pay Fev next year

Do you think Voss is right now focussing on the positives, he is slaying the boys for their piss weak efforts, premierships aren't won by teams who play with a lack of committment. expect changes

Expected loss, got closer than I thought we would. We've never bounced back the following week after a bad loss in recent years. We'll beat Freo next week and we'll be back. :thumbsu:

Bradshaw had a night out. 6.0. still can't hate that man. Well played Braddles.

Good signs for us with Merrett, Patfull out. We tried all night and even in final quarter kicked 2.5 against 0.3. Would have been lot closer if we had taken some of those chances.

Woah  > massive overeactions on here

We lost away to the team 1st on the ladder by 20pts with:

  • No Merrett
  • No Sherman
  • No Adcock
  • Brown @ 75% fitness
  • Power, Black and Buchanan working their way back after injury
  • Patfull adding to the key defensive crisis during the game
Whilst never happy with a loss, I think the positives outweigh the negatives:

  • Brown looking better
  • Clark/Leuenberger beginning to look formidable at times
  • Maguire getting better with every game
  • Rich finding ways to beat tags (at certain stages)
  • The team as a whole never giving in no matter what the score
As long as we don't lose any from this game and Adcock & Sherman come in against Freo, well I'm tipping an easy win by 40+ points :thumbsu:

Not only did we lose but I'm in St Vincent's hospital getting stitches to an eye cut from a missile thrown by the Swan's fans. All in all a great night out
Shit mate,take it easy.
