Has anyone received their barcode number yet? First batch of tickets on sale next week and I haven’t received mine yet.
Mine has appeared on my account today. No email from them though.

Yep I got it.
Thought it might be a scam but the number it came from is a number the AFL Membership department have used in the past.
Seems like a great deal if the guest pass is for the whole season
Pretty sure it is for one game only.

Thanks, barcode also came through today via email about rounds 1-3 on sale dates.
Barcode received... anyone able to see how little they have moved in the queue this year? Or is that something else taken away from us?
I spoke to someone in the Richmond Membership department about two weeks ago who said that the AFL hadn't sent them the Richmond Club Support AFL Membership details yet, so I assume that's why.

Yeah I spoke to Swans member services yesterday and they said they hadn't really had any correspondence from the AFL regarding AfL memberships either.
Anyone got any insight into the dining changes? We much preferred the MCG option last year. Not a fan of the Marvel options (though we only did the carvery and thought the food was very ordinary).

Yep. Essendon said the same thing too. My daughters have club memberships and received their packs well before Christmas. I’m not too fussed about the pack, was more about the barcode/card so I can book for the early games but EFC Membership said the hold up from their end was from AFL Membership confirming club support members. You’d assume this would occur soon given the season is only around a month away from beginning.
Just another example of how poor they are when it comes to valuing members. They can't even do the basics right. I went to town on them in the survey and they come out saying "we've listened" listing meaningless changes such as more seating at Marvel... F*** off.

they get our money in November, be generous and give them two weeks to collate the data and send it to clubs. We should have our membership packs before Christmas every year.
Instead we get them around March (depending on the club) and now have to request a membership card separately from the afl membership website which might not arrive before the season if you're too slow to request one.
Very poor communication for AFL membership stuff too. Reserved seat tickets go on sale in the middle of the day instead of in the evenings etc.

They'd definitely pause upgrades while any construction was done.
If the overall capacity of the MCG increases then who knows what they'd do.
They could increase the AFL reserve for the Grand Final.
They could move some non member allocations out of the AFL reserve.
Or they could ensure that any additional GF tickets due to increased capacity are allocated to other people.
