Prior yes, Taylor no.

I would have Prior training with us at the very least bit we can probably offer him 1 year.

I wouldn't take Taylor.

Fair. I've seen a little of Prior, seems a tough dude, probably a young Jake Kelly type, does he have a higher ceiling, or just solid role player?

He's a better kick from my viewing.

Think there is a few delisted free agents better than those on our list. Should be under 25 though if we pick up any.

Also in terms of Jones think he is and will always be a utility. I'd still like to see him spend some time as a chb. Even just a few games.

If him or Cox can become high level utilities it really helps selection. Unfortunately think neither will cement a spot in 1 position or be a/b grader but rather as c/b grade in a number of positions. Worth having one in your team for the flexibility.

Also really happy with list decisions so far. Bit more of a ruthless edge which is long overdue. Suprise suprise little to no interest in a lot of bomber players and those delisted.

Good ppl just not that good at afl level.

Olli Hotton DFA anyone?

Had stress fractures in his back in his first year, so really only had 1 year at it. Kicked 5 vs Casey in the VFL midyear but his only multiple goal scoring game. Personally think this type of half forward link player is a massive need for the side. I don't really rate Lyon's ability to develop that type of player so I'd happily give him a shot.

Eh. Outside of that Casey game he had 6 goals in 23 VFL games total and honestly the games I've seen he hasn't stood out at all. If we want that type I reckon we look at Dom Bedendo from the Dogs or Noah Cumberland even.

I view them as very different players. Dom and Noah are linear goal sneaks. Hotton as more of a half forward roamer Bailey, Miers type. Think Hotton's tank needs another preseason to recover and show the prospect he was.

Ben Paton could offer additional depth to small defenders.

Hotton has talent would offer SSP train on spot. Is the type Dodoro would like, recent highish draft pick, injury prone.

I also like Jack Hayes thought he showed something as a forward/ruckman early days, pre acl. 18 disposals on debut and 3 goals v pies.

Pies
Dees
Port
Tigers
Saints
Sydney
Dogs

will likely be all done by 60

will be interesting where other clubs start passing too.

Top 40 is pretty highly touted. just depends who slides into that 40-60 part, But by 60, it will be guys who are mostly unknown being picked up IMO.

last year pick 63 was Lawson Humphries what a find by the cats, who frequently do it.

Aaron Francis delisted - worth a look? Former first round pick
Season 1 Joyce GIF by Stranger Things
