AFLW Carlton v North Melbourne tonight

I like the Blues to cover the spread of +36.5 points, but at the time of posting this I notice it has now been shaved to 34.5.

Few prop bets that I like:

Emma King AGS at $2.30 (1u)
Emma King 2+ Goals at $9 (0.25 u)
Emma King Most Goals Group 1 at $23 (0.125u)
Breann Moody Most Goals Group 1 at $23 (0.125u)

No partner in crime tonight in Kate Shierlaw. Has been listed full forward and kicked 2 goals against same opposition last season. The thing is Shierlaw kicked the first goal and the 2nd goal last year between the 2 sides, so ive also decided to have a little play on E King on First Goalscorer as well.

Emma King 1st Goalscorer at $19 (0.125u)

A few more speculative plays:

Gaby Pound 20+ Disposals at $5.90. Got 22 last year against same team. (0.375u)
Gaby Pound 25+ Disposals at $21 (0.125u)

Degen Parlay:

Gaby Pound 20+ Disposals, Emma King to Win Most Goals Grp 1 @ 128

Will be pretty wet tonight, didn’t the Blues play their best v Geelong in a wet game?

Are they that poor not to have a cheeky bet on them at $10s?

Yep its probably the reason why the handicap has come in. Im not from Melbourne, so I have no idea about weather.

I notice that line shortening now to +33.5. Some places have +35.5

A dart Same Game Multi as Carltons defence expected to be busy

Carlton +33.5 Handicap
Cordner 15+ Disposals
Pound 15+ Disposals

Odds: $9.75 (Bet Refund if 1 leg fails)

Happy to take Pound and Carlton line. Cordner was really busy in defence last season. Picked up 19 disposals.

Carlton +34.5 / total u66.5 $2.70
Carlton +18.5 / total u46.5 $12
Carlton +24.5 / total u52.5 $7
Carlton +34.5 $1.90
Tab
Like that 3rd one but it has come in a bit at $5.50 now at TAB. Have tailed Carlton +24.5/Total U52.5 points

Roos actually struggled in the 1st half last year against Carlton. Shierlaw was their best forward player in the 1st half, so id imagine the rain nullifies the Roos big forwards.

Riddell and Garner Sportsbet Player Hub I dont mind:

1727250552485.png

Dont mind the 5.50 one for 60+ Disposals, 15+ Tackles and 10+ Clearances at 5.50. With a bit of rain around, I expect the game to be a fair amount of contested ball. 60+ Disposals is a big line but the two together accumulated 72 last year. (1u)

Riddell and Garner to combine for 15+ Clearances at $9. They picked up 13 combined last season. (0.50u)

Emma King AGS at $2.30 (1u)
Emma King 2+ Goals at $9 (0.25 u)
Emma King Most Goals Group 1 at $23 (0.125u)
Breann Moody Most Goals Group 1 at $23 (0.125u)
Emma King late shot for goal cost me a potential dead-heat there.

Emma King 1st Goalscorer at $19 (0.125u)

Going to keep this one simple tonight, Geelong v Hawks 83.5 pts is the line and I like the under here. (1u)

Sheer who was leading Goalkicker last season between 2 sides isn't playing tonight. She kicked 3 that day.

Feels like both teams relatively even, although if given the choice-Id back Geelong to win.

Building a multi with bet credits

Hawthorn - 50-50 game so the risk is there. Geelong have been so inconsistent. Managed a draw vs North and they are flying. Cats get a belting by aflw standards by carlton and boy are they useless. (Really should be a no bet game but oh well)

Sydney - will be too strong against a struggling bulldogs. Only question is they are playing away and the bulldogs had a good win over the predicted wooden spooners Collingwood.

Essendon +5.5 - Melbourne have had some poor losses this year. Ran out on fuel against freo last week and really should have won. Essendon have been competing despite the results not really being there.

Richmond +23.5 - playing the roos who are coming off a slog of a match with a 4 day break needing to travel to tassie. Not willing to go all in here like I did with carlton against them. Think this line is value however also maybe I am underestimating the roos who seem to be getting the job done every week.

Going to oppose you on the Hawthorn one. I like Geelong to win at Kardinia Park. I looked at team lists, and both teams have similar players playing from last year- 17 each by my count.

I like Geelong to win at anything above $1.90+. They beat them by a good 40 points last season. I cant oppose Georgie Prespakis at home in her den down in Geelong.

I'm going to disagree with you. I'll take .......... Hawthorn.

It does seem like the ladies have the same game play / style as the men's team. High risk / high reward.

It honestly is a no bet game for me but it's too late for that now.

In case it does become a free flowing, high-scoring game.

Tahlia Fellows of the Hawks to score a goal at $2.40 (1u)

Fellows AGS and Under 82.5 Points at $5.83 (0.25u)

Both at Pointsbet

Has a bit of extra speed about her and did kick a goal down at Kardinia Park last year.

Gotta start tailing you more often. The unders look a tad iffy at half time, but good call.
