I know this thread will be trolled to the max but what do supporters from other clubs think of him?

He is defiently not a natural footballer but I think he does provide some good run off half back and is a good tackler too.

Pigs ass he isnt. Athletic, versatile, quick and strong. How is that not natural? Plays all 3 sides of the ground with aplum and is one of the best rookie picks in recent years

I think he gets a bum wrap by a lot of people but is starting to earn the respect that he deserves. Theres nothing people hate more than an unco looking player that burns the ball and Tooves started out a bit like that. But he's become much more reliable in his disposal and is a very good negating player. One of the reasons we don't have defensive issues against the smalls anymore. I think he really helped hold our defense together against Freo in Prestis absence and with Maxy and Harry having dirty nights. I'd like to see him tighten up on his disposal even more and improve his rebound but he is becoming a very good defender.
 
Serviceable player, he's one of those guys that are going to be very handy for a number of years for your club, but never get a best on ground, or never get invited to go on the footy show. I would happily have him at my club, but you wouldn't give up a top pick.

He seems to be of the old "Utility", just filling gaps. Which is huge for the club, but for the player, he doesn't get to make a name for himself.
 
Still think Goldsack will be the man long term, but both can play in the same team.
He's getting the 1 or 2 mistakes per game out now and is defending and attacking in the right balance. Kicking well at the moment too.
Ben Johnson around him is helping him because BJ's run is keeping him grounded to rebound and not run forward.
Ben Johnson is in ludicrous form.

Has copped a lot of criticism from me in the past due to his decision making/disposal but has genuinely stepped up. Is a vital cog in our defence due to his speed and pressure.
Cult hero too, love the Toooooove warcry when he gets the ball ;) He's kicked a couple of goals this year too which the crowd has really lapped up.

Exactly... he's like our Dennis Armfield, just significantly better than Armfield :)

I watched the game on Friday night and he looks to be a good player running off half back. Kind of like Harbrow but without as many possesions. Has good pace and is able to break the lines. Would be a good fit at Essendon allowing Dempsey to play on a wing.
 
I watched him play before he was drafted and he didn't really standout out at all. Obviously Malthouse has job for him and he goes out and does it every week, thats all you can ask for.

We have a similar player in Stevenson who had developed a little quicker.
