Its interesting that the NAB cup means nothing and is a trivial event when your team isn't playing. If your team was playing still you would be right in there. Just sour grapes. Most of your teams will be fielding close to full strength teams in its final hit out this week. If they were playing in the NAB cup final then they would be giving it their all don't worry about that. At the end of the day its the Premierships that count. OK we have had a bad couple of years, so what, it's not like anyone else has capitalized on it (vic wise). We still have the most day Premierships and despite having a few bad years we still are the only vic team to win anything apart from Geelong in a good while. And the sad thing is, given the squad we are building now we are probably the most likely vic team to win a day premiership. By the way I wouldnt expect any other vic supporters to support us just as i would not support most of them...well mainly the scum and the filth.

The Swans have struggled in the Pre-Season cup in the last 3 years and made 2 Grand Finals in the real season winning 1 premiership. Where as Carlton has made two Pre-Season fairy floss Grand Finals but has also won back to back wooden spoons. Now tell me what would you rather do? Fool!

Brisbane supporters have done both (both a couple of times) since 2001, and it is much better getting the chance to see your team on TV.

The "excitment" may be higher this year for Brisbane fans because we never expected or went out to play all 4 games in the NAB Cup.

Yes the 70's and 80's were excruciating for me.....really hard to handle. But I managed to get myself out of it. I couldnt deal with the fact that we made 7 straight grand finals.
