We went first night and second on JCA and it was 88 and 160 for me. But ppl with me had to pay more than that.
Q. Do they "boot out"/clear the entire stadium between the day and the evening sessions on JCA? Or can Ground pass holders still stay there for the entire day and night, as long as they don't leave their seat for more than a few change of ends.

Yep they boot clear the whole stadium. We had reserve seats both nights, first night though we didn’t start till 6pm because the day match went late

Jesus... Yeah it's definitely changed alot now since I went about 5/6 years ago.

They're really taking the piss aren't they. But hey if the crowds keep on showing up.. I don't think they'll mind a few empty seats.

Re. The GP day I wanted to do Friday. So it's $85 ticket, $10 train, say $25 for a burger and one drink.. over $100 for the day. Just, thanks but no thanks. Stay in my air con and watch it for free.
That's ridiculous! I thought GP was $59. Maybe they increase the price each round. I remember when GP was $25! And a few years back they had a 3 day GP for $120 which was good value. You could choose which days you wanted to go except for Super Saturday.

Yep no more capping GPs. Iirc it was $65 to go Thursday, and yeah $85 Friday. I only wanted Friday due to the weather

As CoolCats posted yeah they kick people out. I posted this on the AO Thread:

"My cousin was working at JCA on Monday and she said there were lots of disgruntled fans. For the Kyrgios session there was no virtual queuing. Instead tickets were allocated for Ground Pass ticket holders. Apparently they had to line up for a couple of hours to get a ticket to the twilight session. They weren't told this until they had to leave the arena for it to be cleaned and reset.

They have become so greedy. I don't know if this ticketing process was only because of the expected high interest in the Kyrgios match or if this is the ticketing process going forward now that they have split JCA into 2 sessions."

On the way to the tennis. I have MCA tickets today which I'm so happy about because I get to see Alcaraz live for the first time. And I don't have to see Djokovic on RLA 🙂.

Hopefully this humidity will bugger off because I hate it!

I love Alcaraz. Enjoy hope it's a good match

That's such bullshit. I get to the AO on a GP at 9am ffs. I should be allowed to stay on the court.
Exactly! I think it depends whose playing in the night session whether you will get back in. If it's Kyrgios, Kokkinakis, Popyrin etc then forget it. On Sunday it was just a normal seed and I could see plenty of seats on the tv.
