Yeh I'm a silver pie member as well and our ticket system is different... I hate it!! But I know for a fact Eddie hates afl memberships full stop!!

Got 2 tickets!!!

Got one guaranteed with my Legends membership, already deducted from my account.

Also registered my sister's social club in the ballot while she was overseas on holidays, and she luckily got chosen. She's decided to take the ticket, so I can't scalp it (damn! haha).

But I'm a bit annoyed that as a Legends member I didn't have the option to upgrade.

I only got standard seating ($170), I wanted a prime or premium seat.

Ticketek told me they have no choice in the matter.

Yes Priority 2 being debited today, deadline is today 5pm (Ticketek told me).

If you haven't had a deduction by 5pm, I dare say you missed out.

But Priority 1 should be automatic, you should ring and double check.

Ticketek only deducted it from my account, and I spoke to them on the phone and they said they couldn't tell me, they could only confirm the transaction.

I rang about an hour ago and pretended to be helpless - said I couldn't work out what to do on the webiste - actually that was true. Couldn't find a Grand Final icon. The lady then volunteered the info and confirmed that we couldn't upgrade. But last year we'd have clung to the light-posts to get in, so mustn't complain.

If you ring Ticketek, they say you can't pick them up until tomorrow. Typical of this mob, couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.

Got Q53 KK. So much for legends top value package. Ah well, at least I'm at the game.

there's heaps more legends members getting standard seating this year. that's no doubt because there's heaps more legends members full stop. 9000 capped plus about 500 club 5 members, as opposed to only about 6500 after the upgrades prior to last year's GF. the annoying thing is that some legends members who have been long time premium members are getting shafted to standard seating while some johnny come latelys who jumped on board last year are getting premium and prime seats. there should obviously be some sort of system where longer term members get preference but hey nothing we can do about it this year

just happy to be going given the current shafting club members get from the league and clubs re the allocation of tickets. we're also legends who have been allocated standard seating but don't know where as yet. hopefully the one standard bay at ground level in M33. if we're in the bleachers we'll just be sneaking into 1 of the standing room bays and enjoy the game from there, the atmosphere in standing room is awesome if you're with the right people

That isn't good. There should be a loyalty out that increases your chances in the ballot. I've been a member since I can remember & pay the full hit since that development, not really happy that I only got a prime seat but at the same time, it's hard to complain given our numbers means a lot of people miss out.

I'm still yet to receive the receipt from Ticketek but they have deducted the $254 last night. Can you simply roll up & quote the transaction/credit card number to pick up your tickets?
