A disgrace that they picked Stuart MacGill as the spinner for WA when he played one season for WA and then pissed off to NSW.

The spinner should be Bruce Yardley who played his whole career for WA like all the other players they selected for the WA team.

Not really. SoO. MacGill was a better bowler than Yardley. Bruce might have been better if he did what MacGill did and moved.

MacGill may have been a better bowler but Yardley was a good off spinner and he was a better batsman and fielder than MacGill.

MacGill was an absolute bunny with the bat and he wasn't that great in the field either, he was a shit bloke too by all accounts.

It's not best players who played Sheffield Sheild but there they from. Mitchell Johnson playing in QLD team.

Gilchrist Martyn Hussey brothers Langer Voges Katich Moody Julian Angel North Hogg Rogers Nicholson era was so stacked.
