that's normal isn't it? Carlton only has 1 good player? Usually teams has 4-5 good players and the rest are averageIt wood be a pissweak comp....18 klubz in one state, each club would only hav lyk 9 good playaz
yeh, but sum of the WA players and SA players would stay in there home state because a comp of 18 teams based solely in a singular state wouldnt get the same attendance and tv rating (and thus money) as a the kurrent national compthat's normal isn't it? The Night Championships could've continued as a Pre-Season Knock-out from 1976 to Present, and also:yeh, but sum of the WA players and SA players would stay in there home state because a comp of 18 teams based solely in a singular state wouldnt get the same attendance and tv rating (and thus money) as a the kurrent national comp
yep, and club football an every day of the week non stop. Probaly wouldve paved the way for "footy 24" a 24 hour round the clock channel dedicated to live footy matches as they happened, 6 matches per day at four hour intervals. The Night Championships could've continued as a Pre-Season Knock-out from 1976 to Present, and also:
West Coast (1987) & Fremantle (1995) enters W.A.F.L
Adelaide Crows (1991) & Port Adelaide Power (1997) joined S.A.N.F.L
Brisbane Bears (1987) & Gold Coast Suns (2011) joined Q.A.F.L
Sydney Swans formed their own side (1982) and joined N.S.W.F.L....., G.W.S Giants joined the same league in 2011
Fitzroy Lions (1997) moved to the V.F.A levels, along with South Melbourne (1982)
V.F.L has 10 teams, with 2 divisions with what is the new V.F.L...... and that State of Origin could've been the bigger League, 7 States, play twice, and N.R.L in 1995 could've copied them....
Wouldve been awesome watching 2 awesome State of Origin Football Seasons in Winter, similliar to N.F.L and E.P.L which is a State Comp, thatd look wickd awesome

finishes work, head home for sleep, set the alarm....."my team is on at 4am" says clive....."ill see you later then" says pete his team is playing at the convinient 8pm slot
Why would that happen? E.P.L and American sports has many teamsyep, and club football an every day of the week non stop. Probaly wouldve paved the way for "footy 24" a 24 hour round the clock channel dedicated to live footy matches as they happened, 6 matches per day at four hour intervals.

Melbourne as oldest club would have to stay. Then Carlton, Essendon, Collingwood and Richmond. Tasmania would get a team. Either their own brand new one or relocated Hawks. Sydney Swans and Brisbane Lions would stay to make sure northern states at least had one club to follow. SA and WA would have two clubs each. SA grab Port Adelaide Magpies and Norwood Redlegs. WA I am less sure, maybe East Fremantle and Perth or West Perth. I would probably get rid of a National Draft and either have State based drafts for clubs from each state or each club gets a zone from their state like we had before draft system came into being. If we did the zone thing, each club would have a proper football progression from under age to seniors that used to be the norm of under 19's from your zone playing for club under 19's, Reserves grade and the seniors. An intriguing question might be, if you re-designed football from scratch and determined that 12 clubs is optimum, with each playing each other twice (22 games) plus a final five only, which 12 clubs would you devise?
You might decide there’s no old clubs but fresh new teams from different parts of the country.
