September 13th, 2024, Port have their next knock out final win against Hawthorn, exactly 10 years since their last knock out final win.

There have only been two 100+ point QF wins (2000 and 2007) and both were against North Melbourne, who on both occasions then went on to beat Hawthorn in the SF.

I’m fairly sure the next biggest QF losing margin would be Port in 2024 with 84 points. Making Hawthorn the losing SF team against all of the three most heavily defeated QF teams.
 
They mentioned that the last 12 times a team lost the QF by more than 50 they went on to win the SF. That's surprising. But have any even made a grand final, let alone won one?
