Embley absolutely dominated this game, great effort and worked hard. Very few mistakes and tried his ass off all game. 4 goals simply the icing on the cake.

Feel really bad for yelling at him at a preseason game. He would of heard too as i have the loudest voice i've ever heard. Absolutely outstanding start of the season and if embers and cox can keep this sort of form up we will go a lot further than expected.

I saw him do it a few times when the umpires never paid HTB decisions in the last half, the ones that they would've called in the first.

I enter this thread with the full intention of apologising to Andrew Embley after I called him, amongst other things, 'crap excuse for a Norm Smith medalist' 'plays old but is still 29, what's up with that' 'won't even get a game ahead of 70kg kids like Weedon' (last one is a bit exaggerated but you get the point)

Sorry Andrew, you have revived your career, and deserve every compliment and accolade that comes your way.

Great performance today by Embley and his mates, pity I only caught the 2nd half because of North vs Collingwoods thriller.

I was livid when he was selected for round 1 after his year last year and then his pre season (as seen by my post in thread re round 1 official team). He has proved me and many others wrong and is dominating.
